Shipping policy

Fulfilment & Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and shipped from the production facility closest to your delivery address. This means your order may be dispatched from within Australia or from an international hub, depending on your location and product availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays:

• Australia: 5–10 business days
• New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you're shopping from outside Australia, your order will automatically be converted and charged in your local currency (e.g. USD) at checkout, based on live exchange rates. Exchange rates update regularly and may vary slightly from the rate applied by your bank or card provider.
